During all your holiday shopping, you may find that picking out a thoughtful gift for an acquaintance or anyone in your life you don’t know very well is one of the most challenging things to do. Sure, you know what to get your mom or best friend, but what about your neighbor or that friend you only met a few months ago? You don’t want to get something too big, but you don’t want something too cheap or generic, either. There are dozens of pre-assembled gift sets out there claiming to be perfect for these situations, but many of them are overpriced or lackluster. Fortunately, Aldi has a lot of affordable gifting options, including this “spa day” set that’s so cozy and chic. It makes the perfect stocking stuffer!

What Is the Visage 7-Piece Spa Kit Stocking Stuffer?

One of the latest Aldi Finds, the Visage 7-piece Spa Kit Stocking Stuffer is an assortment of chic, practical beauty goodies that’s designed to be giftable. For $8.99, you get a gua sha tool, a face roller, two rounded makeup sponges, and three sets of moisturizing spa gloves for $8.99, which means each item costs a little more than a dollar apiece. Not bad at all! You can choose from three different color schemes: various shades of pink, dark green, or white and gray.

Whether they end up in a stocking or not, these Aldi sets definitely make for a lovely, easy gift. And because they aren’t decorated with holiday patterns or anything like that, you can always pick up a few sets now to keep on hand for birthdays or just-because gifts. This also doesn’t have to be a present for someone; a few years ago, I impulsively got myself a gua sha and rose quartz roller set, and I still use both regularly, especially the gua sha.

How to Make Your Own Spa Day Set

If you don’t have time to shop in person at an Aldi or don’t live by one, you won’t be able to get your hands on this exact spa set. You can, however, make your own, but don’t expect to pay only $8.99 for it all. On Amazon, you can get moisturizing spa gloves for $9.99, a gua sha and jade roller for $13.99 (though currently on sale for $9.99), and a four-pack of makeup blending sponges for $9.65, totaling about $30 per set.

And don’t feel obligated to go with these exact picks. If the person you’re gifting is not exactly a makeup person, for example, get sheet masks, mini lotions, nail polishes, or bubble bath soaps. If you’re a bargain hunter or a fan of specific brands or even color schemes, you can do your own research (either online or at shops local to you) to find and assemble your perfect custom little spa set.
