If buying a full-on home is out of reach, but off-grid, tiny-home living is the lifestyle you dream of, then look no further, because Amazon is selling a 20-foot tiny home that comes with a terrace, roof deck, kitchen, bathroom, and living/sleeping space. The tiny home price starts at $16,570 — that is, if you can get your hands on it.

The tiny home, which was first covered by People, is advertised as “suitable for camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities,” and is a “comfortable base camp” for all the outdoor enthusiasts out there. The home’s windows and doors are totally customizable, but the prefab home is apparently easy to assemble, and it’s also relocatable. The home is built out of durable materials so it’ll hold up to the weather. According to the product description, the home comes with plumbing. And People reports that it’s wired for electricity, too.

The Generic brand tiny home comes with a tiny footprint, too — not including the terrace, it’s just 221” D, 144” W, and 180” H, making it the perfect space for a good night’s sleep or rest after some traipsing around outdoors.

So, the tiny home is basically a steal — which is why it’s no surprise that it already appears to be sold out on Amazon. Unfortunately, there’s no indication of when it will come back in stock.

So while you could set up a notification and wait for your dream tiny home, you could also take a look at the dozens (or more like hundreds and hundreds) of other tiny homes for sale on Amazon — some of which come with way more space than the Generic brand, like the Barn Homes Double Story Flat Pack House also sold on Amazon. The 20- or 40-foot tiny home comes in two sizes (both of which have two stories). The 40-foot design comes with three bedrooms, a balcony, and a terrace, while the 20-foot design comes with two bedrooms.

That being said, you’d have to be prepared to shell out for it — the two-bedroom design is $39,500, while the 40-foot design starts at $79,999.
