After last year’s blockbuster collaboration with The Met, Anthropologie is teaming up with yet another iconic brand for the holiday season: The New York City Ballet. Today you can shop the cutest collection of housewares and entertaining essentials that are all inspired by George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker, a festive tale known for its enchanting choreography and nostalgic music.

What Is the Anthropologie x The New York City Ballet Collection?

A 61-item-strong assortment, the Anthropologie x The New York City Ballet limited-edition collab translates all the stage action you know and love into whimsical pieces for every room of the home. You’ll find the cast of characters from The Nutcracker, including the ever-popular Sugarplum Fairy, emblazoned on everything from stoneware and ornaments to blankets, table linens, and pillows.

The Nutcracker has inspired audiences for generations, and through this collaboration we hope to encourage our customers to explore and delight in the season with the same joy and awe they feel when watching the ballet,” Katherine Finder, chief merchandising officer at Anthropologie Home, said in a press release about the collection. “We wanted each piece to carry a sense of surprise, ornate charm, and make the home more inviting and every holiday gathering a celebration.”

The line features plenty of entertaining pieces, including bar tools, glassware, and cheese boards, alongside decorative holiday staples like ceramic candles and stockings. I’ve maybe never seen a cuter set of cheese knives — the holders feature a duel between the Mouse King and the Nutcracker! There’s also a hand-painted tabletop-size nutcracker available for those who may collect them.

It’s hard to pick a favorite piece in the bunch because everything has such stunning details. But I’m loving anything with the cute gold bow motif that’s part of the collection’s design — it reminds me of Clara’s classic choice of hair accessory in many productions, but still feels super on-trend. Other items feature twinkling gold stars, which makes them great for using year-round if you’d like.

The Anthropologie x The New York City Ballet Collection is available to shop online and in stores today. Prices start at just $16 for some ornaments and range up to $248.
