Anthropologie’s “Gorgeous” 36-Piece Collection Is Like a Mediterranean Vacation for Your Table
Believe it or not, summer is just around the corner, and with its arrival, comes one of the best perks: alfresco dining. If you’re looking to upgrade your tabletop essentials now, you can’t miss Anthropologie’s latest exclusive collection, a lively collaboration with The Mediterranean Dish by Suzy Karadsheh that launched today.
Awash in bold colors and jaunty painterly patterns, the assortment features 36 new items that’ll perk up your dinner table and kitchen counters. Everything was curated by Karadsheh, The New York Times best-selling cookbook author and authority on all things Mediterranean lifestyle and diet.
Born in Egypt, Karadsheh grew up learning in her mother’s kitchen in the town of Port Said. That ethos of shared family meals and coastal cuisine runs through her recipes and is imbued in this collection, from the types of pieces featured (think: mezze plates and olive oil cruets) to the Mediterranean-inspired color palette and motifs.
“It has long been my dream to create a tabletop collection that embodies the Mediterranean lifestyle — casual and bright, yet effortlessly elegant,” Karadsheh said in a press release about the collection. “The Anthropologie team has brought this vision to life beautifully, with a true focus on community and the joy of gathering around the table.”
You’ll find everything you need to serve a beautiful, full family-style meal — or even just casual apps and drinks in the backyard — from gorgeous juice glasses and bright dinnerware to terracotta platters and different serving accessories. The line also includes linens, including dish towels and aprons as well as pot holders, table runners, and napkins.
Inspired by Mediterranean seascapes and traditional regional handicrafts, the colors, patterns, and materials in the collection truly shine. You’ll find terracotta decorated with painterly, coastal-inspired designs alongside wood, glass, and metal accents. All of the pieces are meant to work together but easily could be used solo, if you’re just looking to upgrade an item or two.
The Anthropologie x The Mediterranean Dish collection is available to shop now in stores and online. Prices start at $16 for salt and pepper pinch pots and range up to $98 for a serving platter.
