Fruit-inspired decor is always a fun way to add whimsy to a room’s aesthetic. For example, you can channel carefree Italian summer vibes by brightening up a space with citrus accents like oranges and lemons. If you want something a little more vibrant and playful, make sure to include cherry-themed decor in your design. This cute red fruit has been trending for months, and there are so many ways to make it work in your space. 

Cherries are kind of the opposite aesthetic of the citrus core. They give NYC “cool” meets cottagecore — with a hint of coquette.
