There are so many things synonymous with spring: florals, themes of renewal and growth, and of course, cleaning. After all, nothing screams springtime like a deep clean of your home

If you’re still looking for ways to get your home totally tidy this season, but are feeling overwhelmed when deciding where to start, then we’ve got just the challenge for you. Our Spring Cleaning Cure takes just 10 days to complete, and by the end, you’ll get your home in its best shape yet. Here’s what your 10-day spring cleaning plan will entail:

10-Day Spring Cleaning Plan

You’ll work top to bottom, starting with the ceiling and other hard-to-reach surfaces. Get your dusting tool ready (this one’s our pick!).

We recommend beginning with one window (the one that gives you your favorite view). Clean and dust the blinds, shades, and curtains, before moving on to the glass and screen, then sills and tracks.

In addition to your regular bathroom cleaning routine, deep clean a core area, such as all the things inside your bathroom (think curtains, products, rugs, and tools), the shower or tub, or the toilet.

Start with the sheets, then clean everything else on your bed, like the blankets, pillowcases, headboard cover, and more.

Tackle the oven, cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, or a small appliance like the microwave, air fryer, or coffee maker.

Get your fridge totally clean by taking everything out, cleaning it inside and out, and then decluttering anything that’s gone bad before putting everything else back inside.

Take care of anything lurking under your bed, including any monstrous dust piles.

Dedicate some time to thoroughly cleaning a rug of your choosing, like the one in your kitchen, hallway, or living room.

A smelly trash can can ruin a tidy kitchen instantly. Clean the interior and exterior of your garbage can so your kitchen can be nice-smelling again.

All the tools you use to clean your home deserve a cleaning too!

That’s it! In 10 days, you’ll have gotten your whole home clean from top to bottom. Looking to add to your cleaning toolkit? Here are 30 of our favorite cleaning tools this year.
