As AT’s Senior Style Editor, I cover the latest interior design trends, expert decorating ideas, and must-see home products. Whenever I’m not keeping tabs on the next TikTok “core” or buzzy IKEA collection, I’m most likely reading, online shopping, or looking for the best tacos in New York (recs are encouraged).

As to be expected from the popular fashion brand, H&M’s home collection specializes in contemporary, of-the-moment pieces on a budget. They’ve even defined certain interior design trends a time or two (looking at you, viral donut vase). Originally, you could only shop decor and bedding, but, as of today, H&M just added furniture and lighting to their U.S. product portfolio for the first time ever — and it’s well worth the wait.

Originally debuted in Europe in 2018, this widely-anticipated expansion includes small-space-friendly side tables, seating, and stylish lampshades galore, as well as a handful of children’s furniture for a nursery or bedroom. You’ll also find additional small accents, like funky mirrors and colorful shelves. The line taps into trendy silhouettes and materials (like rattan and mango wood), yet still maintains classic design elements overall for the ultimate keepsake pieces. There’s something for every palette preference here, too, whether you’re a color enthusiast or a neutrals fan.

Best of all, the entire collection actually feels attainable for modern furniture and lighting, especially compared to similar competitor home brands, with prices ranging from $6.99 for a metal sconce to a $491 coffee table that looks way more expensive than it is. I repeat: less than $500 for a pretty coffee table. Shop the online-only assortment via the H&M website now, and check out a few must-see picks below.

Small Side Table
$27

You can’t go wrong with this under-$27 tripod table as a modern nightstand or sofa bookend. Stay neutral with the black and light gray hues, or lean into a pop of color with mint green, orange, or (my personal favorite) dark red options. Pair it with the matching low-side table for a nesting coffee table effect, too.

Wooden Folding Chair
$171

Folding chair, but make it trendy. This brown rattan seat works as either a dining or accent chair (or both, depending on how many you can fit), and neatly collapses completely flat. Stock up on one or two extra to store underneath your bed or in a closet for added small-space accommodations during parties or holidays.

Metal Table Lamp
$68

Even the most color-shy will arguably love this cheery yellow table lamp. Its bold, angular shape shines on any side table or dresser, but it’s also available in a sleek black colorway if you’d prefer to go more neutral.

Mango Wood Coffee Table
$491

Although on the pricier side of the collection overall, this sleek asymmetric coffee table — made from mango wood — looks plucked from a high-end home catalog. Basically, the under-$500, low-profile staple would probably cost three times as much as most other modern retailers. It’s relatively compact, too, yet sizable enough to top with books or candles. Plush Stool
$149

Comfort meets style via this gently curved beige stool. Set up a pair at the foot of your bed for a luxe look, or up the ante on your living room seating (you can even stack books underneath — storage win!). Either way, the shape and coloring feel timeless enough to use this focal-point-worthy piece for years.

Tall Metal Side Table
$261

Meet the perfect storage piece for narrow entryways, or compact living rooms or kitchens — this tall, two-tiered table measures just 9.75 inches deep and 37.5 inches long. Convert it into a TV stand, plant display, or cookware station.
