This IKEA Find Keeps You Cool All Summer Long (and It Starts at Just $40!)

This is the first time IKEA has launched ceiling fans in the U.S., and there are four different styles to choose from. The BACKLAG fan, selling for just under $40, is the simplest fan and perfect for small rooms. It features three blades, three-speed settings, an LED light, and a reversible airflow toggle so you can distribute heat evenly during the winter.

IKEA also designed its fans to be installed on ceilings with a slope of up to 18, so there is no need to worry about having perfectly level ceilings before installation.

For something with a bit more power suitable for larger living areas, check out the AKTERSKARP fan. It has five extra-long blades, six speeds, and a remote control so you can achieve your ultimate airflow situation without having to leave the couch. This fan also features a dimmable light with a temperature toggle, so you can easily switch between cool and warm lighting. This ceiling fan comes with all the fixings but is still extremely affordable at just under $100.
