There’s only one downside to Joanna Gaines releasing a brand-new collection of home decor and seasonal accessories: She makes it so hard to choose what to buy first. Nothing gets me more excited to swap bedroom linens or cover my sofa in new throws than new Magnolia pieces, and it’s truer than ever with the brand’s summer 2026 collection. The HGTV maven revealed she was particularly inspired by the garden — namely, three specific elements that tie the whole thing together.

“Nothing screams summer like strawberries, peaches, and this adorable gingham,” Joanna shared during a live announcement just outside the Silos at Magnolia in downtown Waco, Texas. A separate behind-the-scenes look at Jo’s newest pieces inside her chic mercantile reveals intricate details, from woven scalloped baskets to homey patterned spice jars.

But given that Joanna simply doesn’t miss, I found myself wanting to buy everything in the collection. If you’re anything like me — overstimulated with limited space and budget! — then you need a helping hand from someone with an eye for gorgeous detail. That’s why I reached out to an interior designer to curate the best picks from this buzzy new drop.

Enter: Sarah Rinehart Fleischer, founder and principal designer of Brooklyn-based SRF Interiors, who has spent years zeroing in on the best finds from hundreds of retailers and purveyors in her work for clients. Thanks to Sarah’s keen eye, I prioritized three great finds to add to my collection before they sell out. Below, Sarah highlights the best buys from Joanna’s summer collection, plus why they deserve a spot in your own home this season.

Reid Woven Storage Trunk
$84

“I’m always on the hunt for chic, affordable storage options,” Sarah says. “I love these woven trunks; they’re extremely versatile and could work for blanket storage in a living room, toy storage in a playroom, or even stacked as a side table between two twin beds in a kids’ room.”

Poolside Check Napkin, Set of 4
$32

“I am always on the lookout for cloth napkins that feel fresh and playful to add a bit of whimsy to everyday mealtimes with my kids,” Sarah says, referencing the fresh play on a gingham pattern. “These are such a fun and unexpected color combination: I also love that they're 100% cotton at a fabulous price. I am absolutely going to scoop these up as a not-too-precious option to have on hand.”

Turned Wood Wall Frame
$54

“I feel like I am always hunting for frames for clients, and the available options can often feel overdone visually — or too heavy,” Sarah says. “I love the scale of these frames, and the delicate twisted border feels special, but not over-the-top. They’ll easily fit into a traditional space, or a modern home; they’re a no-brainer!”
