Try as I might to get ahead of my holiday gift shopping, I usually end up doing the bulk of it during the weeks — sometimes even days — before Christmas. And now that we’re officially less than two weeks shy of the big day, I’m in full-on crisis mode. The problem is, the shipping cutoff for most stores is right around now, which is why I’ll be counting on Amazon for my last-minute gifts.

But don’t be mistaken —a a last-minute gift doesn’t need to be an afterthought; and just because you’re shopping “late,” doesn’t mean you need to overpay. There are some thoughtful and affordable finds hiding in Amazon’s never-ending pages! I spent hours browsing through them all to help you snag the best gifts for everyone on your list under $50.
