In this month’s issue of HGTV Magazine, a handful of our favorite decorating and renovation show hosts from the channel fling open the doors of their own homes for a virtual open house tour and share some sneak peeks and deets of their favorite rooms. (And yes, we have officially hit Peak Gaineses.)

As is to be expected, readers (and even the editors at People) are going nuts for Fixer Upper‘s Chip and Joanna Gaines’ own industrial-farmhouse kitchen, including a kitchen island that Joanna “stalked for two years” at a local antique store in Waco, Texas and then refinished in Sherwin-Williams’ Alabaster White with an updated stainless steel worktop — as well as the polished concrete countertops and an overall family-friendly design and kitchen layout for the stars’ four kids (ages 7-12).

Ben & Erin Napier of new(ish) show Home Town, whose style has a modern country classic vibe featuring thrifted and flea market finds — including appliances the hosts say they nabbed on Craigslist (Stars, they’re just like us!) — also invited the magazine into their Laurel, Mississippi house.

Additional hosts who opened up their homes for this month’s issue of HGTV Magazine — and whose homes can be toured in more galleries from the archives (linked to their names) — include Vern Yip (of HGTV Star and TLC’s Trading Spaces), Sabrina Soto (of The High/Low Project), Chip Wade (of Curb Appeal), Emily Henderson (HGTV Design Star winner and Secrets of a Stylist host), and, of course, Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott — who shared their tips for picking out dining room must-haves.
