This Stylish Shower Organizer Has a “Spot” for Everything (It’s Such a Storage Gem!)
Shower caddies tend to have either one of two looks: a handheld organizer with slots and a handle, or a pole with tiers that you can either hang over your shower head, affix to a wall, or secure to a corner (via tension rod). There’s nothing wrong with either of those, by any means — especially if it gets the job done. But when you want a shower caddy that looks just as good as it works, then you’ll want Quiet Town’s The Spot, a modular, circular shower storage system that’s unlike the rest.
We’re no strangers to the Quiet Town brand, which won an Apartment Therapy Small/Cool Design Award in 2024 for its sun shower curtain. So when I got a chance to try out the brand’s shower organizer, I knew I was in for a treat.
Features That Stand Out About Quiet Town’s The Spot Shower Storage System
First off, The Spot is a modular shower organizer that’s completely customizable to your space with adjustable strap length so you can choose what height it’ll hang, various storage accessories (there are bottle baskets, toothbrush holders, razor hooks, and even single hooks), and even the ability to either hang it over your shower head or mount it to the wall, with adhesive strips so it’s renter-friendly or with screws.
The shower system was designed in collaboration with Brad Ascalon Studios, NYC, and there are four colorways to choose from: black (ride), dark green (pine), beige (sand), and light blue (sky). The shower attachments also come in their own colorways, so you can feel free to mix-and-match colors or go for a seamless one-tone look. The best thing about this gem is that you can use it beyond the shower, like as an entryway organizer or a kitchen storage spot.
Why I Love Quiet Town’s The Spot Shower Storage System
Setup for Quiet Town’s The Spot Shower Storage System was easy to follow. You start by laying the circular base flat and arranging all the add-ons — the package includes a medium basket, fogless mirror, soap dish, big basket, single hook, round grid, as well as an adjustable hanging strap, adhesive patches, and screws and anchors for installation. Make sure it is oriented correctly so that the two slots cut into the rim are positioned at the top (that’s where you’ll thread the strap).
I didn’t want to make this a permanent solution in my shower, so I opted to do the renter-friendly installation using the strap and adhesive patches. You thread the strap through the two slots and adjust the length to your liking. The strap is then secured along the inner part of the organizer by aligning the strap holes into the notches. Then you apply the adhesive patches to four anchor tabs on the back of the organizer and suspend it from the shower head, adjusting as needed.
Finally, remove the film from the back of the adhesive patches and apply pressure so it sticks to the wall. The instructions say you can use a small screwdriver to go through the grates to ensure the patch makes complete contact with the wall, so I did just that.
Then you fill out your organizer with all your shower essentials, like shampoo, conditioners, and so on. What I love most about this shower storage system is that it’s unlike anything I’ve ever used before. It’s so chic and minimal, while providing ample storage. The add-ons and layout customization make it possible to really have “a spot for everything.”
I was worried that the adhesive and strap wouldn’t be sturdy enough, but I was totally wrong. It’s been several months since I’ve had this up and it’s survived countless showers and rearranging with no issue. What’s more, if I ever wanted to relocate it, I could simply take it down with zero fuss, as I chose to do the renter-friendly installation. But if I wanted to keep it, I could just as easily screw it in for added security.
I chose the sand colorway because it’s neutral, but the sky blue is so pretty too! Plus, if I wanted to add a pop of color to my current system, I could simply order more add-ons in different colors.
