The Byers’ House from “Stranger Things” Can Now Be Yours

As it turns out, the Byers’ residence from Netflix’s “Stranger Things” isn’t in Hawkins, Indiana, but actually in Fayetteville, Georgia.

The house that was used as a set piece in the hit series’ earlier seasons is now on the market for $300,000. Located at 149 Coastline Road, the 1,846 square foot property sits on six acres of land and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms — and maybe even a portal to the Upside Down?

The place was built in the 1990s, so it has some age, and as you can tell from watching the show, it’s a fixer-upper. The listing reads, “This home does need a full rehab but with the right owner, the potential return on investment (ROI) could be HUGE!”

Indeed, there’s potential in the property, as buyers could turn it into an Airbnb or even a tourist attraction. According to the listing, fans “have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture.” It has received so much attention that the owners have had to install a driveway barricade and private property signs to fend off curious trespassers.
