Target’s $12 Christmas Decorations Are All You Need for Last-Minute Joy
If there’s room for only one major holiday trend this season, it’s a TikTok-fueled obsession with a “Ralph Lauren” aesthetic (think: red velvet, classic plaids, brass, and a splash of woven rattan and wicker touches). Speaking of rattan, there’s something so homey and nostalgic about the material that I’m planning on incorporating it into my own decor as much as possible. Luckily there’s a perfect $12 find from Target that totally fits the bill.
In a recent Instagram carousel, Jessica from Target Junkie spotted the new rattan Christmas trees in the store’s home decor section. They’re from the Threshold x Studio McGee collection, and they come in three sizes and are stained a deep, warm brown hue.
Target’s Rattan Christmas Trees Are Timeless Finds
These woven trees are truly classic pieces. They work so well within the currently buzzy Ralph Lauren aesthetic, play well with antique-style Victorian Christmas decor, or even lean rustic when paired with more muted tones. And with the most expensive of the bunch only being $22, you’ll still be able to buy all the gifts on your loved ones’ lists.
“Gorgeous. I bought the set of three,” one person wrote in their review on Target’s website. “Love the shape, the color, and the texture. If you only buy one Christmas decor item this year, let these be it!”
Walmart sells a similar set of woven trees that come in a lighter color. Each set comes with three different figurines in contrasting sizes, but they’re made of resin and molded to look woven, so you can be sure they’ll withstand tons of holiday seasons to come. They would also pair so nicely with Target’s trees if you want to go for a two-tone look.
Pick up these woven trees from Target to add to your holiday decor this year, and you’ll find yourself reaching for them year after year — they’re just so gorgeous and versatile.
