IKEA Pieces and a Little Paint Turned a 250-Square-Foot Studio into a Colorful Gem
This tiny studio apartment in Stockholm, Sweden, that was built in the 1930s, may only be about 250 square feet, but it feels much roomier. Lina has been renting the space for only nine months, but in that time she’s managed to take what was an all-white, run-down space and turn it into an incredibly cute and cozy home.
Now, after renting for nine months, Lina describes her super-small home as “colorful, fun, and cozy.” And frankly, the size doesn’t really bother her. “It’s tiny and that’s why I love it,” she writes. “It’s cozy and I like seeing all my favorite things.”
“I am a creative person, and I think my apartment reflects that with its colors and fun details. I use the same colors in my paintings and my ceramics,” Lina writes.
