T.J. Maxx Is Quietly Discontinuing This Gorgeous Rattan Side Table (It Looks 4x the Price!)
Rattan is my warm-weather equivalent of winter’s cozymaxxing-friendly sherpa, thanks to its trendy goes-with-everything neutral palette and luxe yet effortless coastal aesthetic. Unfortunately for me, that aesthetic is typically reflected in its price tag. Giving your home the Nancy Meyers beach house treatment with wicker furnishings can be expensive, which is why I can’t gatekeep this gorgeous scalloped rattan table at T.J. Maxx that’s shockingly affordable.
For $129.99, the RATTAN Scalloped Rattan Table is a complete steal, and the wicker-woven storage piece doubles as decor. It measures 25 inches in width and has five rows of scallops along its length enclosing a storage tray at the top, as well as a second shelf toward the bottom.
Plus, it looks just like this Serena & Lily version I’ve been seeing all over TikTok. They both are scalloped rattan tables, but their dimensions differ slightly. The T.J. Maxx option is 22 inches in height and 16 inches in length versus the Serena & Lily version, which is 25 inches in height and 18 inches in length. It also has three scallops along the width compared with four in the $548 version. However, the color, design, and style of scalloping are still quite nice, and promises to make any room look more expensive while being sneakily affordable.
The gorgeous warm gold wicker material, practical double-layer design, and beachy half-moon scallops will instantly transport any space to a Hamptons getaway. I’ve been eyeing the Serena & Lily version for awhile now, but just haven’t been able to find a way to justify spending $548 on a table — which makes this T.J. Maxx version perfect for me. Plus, the store is marking their rattan table as “almost gone,” so it may be now or never to get it.
I would love to use T.J. Maxx’s RATTAN Scalloped Rattan Table as a display in my bathroom stacked with towels, a vintage plate with pretty soaps on it, candles, and shells. I could also see it being a living room focal point holding a statement lamp or vase, remotes, and other knicknacks by the couch, or as a storage area for books and toys in a nursery or kids’ room. You could also use it as a little entryway table or a book display in your office. The options are truly endless.
Unlike many T.J. Maxx finds, this rattan table is currently on sale on the website with free shipping (returns are also free at stores if you don’t end up liking it). However, the website listing has an “almost gone” banner on it, so you’ll want to buy this hidden gem ASAP before other Serena & Lily dupe lovers catch on.
