‘Tis the season of snow, pine trees, and, obviously, reindeer. If you’ve been drooling over CB2’s collection of brass reindeer tabletop decorations but just can’t justify their nearly $80 price tag, then you’re in for a treat. Walmart is selling a similar set of reindeer decorations, and these reindeer aren’t just pieces of decor — they’re actually useful because they’re stocking hangers. Clear off the mantel, everyone: You’ve got brand-new decor incoming.

Like the ones from CB2, the Kurt Adler metal reindeer stocking holders at Walmart are super simple in their design and polished to a mirror finish. Adler’s version is silver, and each set comes with two reindeer facing opposite directions with slightly different stances. They stand about six inches tall and weigh nearly three pounds, so they’ll keep your stocking in place without you having to nail any holes into your mantel.

Unlike the CB2 version, you don’t have to shell out nearly $100 for these reindeer — Walmart has the set of two priced at just under $34.

If you’re planning on really stuffing your stockings this year, you might want to stick these reindeer stocking holders down to your mantel using some sticky tack or Command strips that can be easily removed at the end of the season. Although they’re weighty enough to hold your stocking and a few bits and bobs, giving these reindeer a bit more holding power will ensure they’ll be able to keep all your goodies off the floor until Christmas morning.

Luckily you can pick up a set of Command Strips at Walmart, too.

Save that extra $45 for your Christmas shopping and feed your CB2 reindeer craving with this find from Walmart instead. You’ll get that polished look (literally!) for less, and have pieces of decor that actually work for you.
