If you live in a dorm, you know that having smart, cute storage items is crucial. The major lack of space means you need to get creative even when it comes to storing all your everyday college essentials

That’s why a three-tiered rolling cart is perfect for a dorm room. I used mine in both my freshman- and sophomore-year dorms. I chose to keep my hair tools and accessories and tech gear on the bottom two levels and decorated the top tier to have a cute clock and fun (unlit) candles. Storage and decor in one!

You can use a rolling cart for beauty supplies, too, but it could also serve as a bedside table, a cleaning supplies cart, a craft supplies station, and so much more. It’s truly so versatile and easy to move around (especially during move-in and move-out). Once you move off campus, the usage options expand even more.

If you love the idea of this item but want one that feels a bit different from the standard metal option, check out Walmart’s $65 white, blue, or natural scalloped rolling cart (currently, the white and natural are out of stock online). Technically, it’s labeled as an art cart, but it can be used for anything. Most of these carts are almost identical, but this one has some flair to it with a large scalloped design on the front top tier that adds cute character. The three-tiered, 15x22x24-inch piece also has chalkboard side panels, which can be fun for organizational labeling, holiday decor, or whatever else gets you feeling crafty.

Jen Alvarez (@jensgatheringnest) highlights the natural version of the cart in a Reel, writing as part of the caption, “Cutest. Find. Ever. 💕 Spotted this scalloped art cart at Walmart for under $65, and I’m obsessed!”

One commenter responded, “Stop!! That cart is sooo cute.” Another commenter wrote, “Art cart omg this is the cutest idea. Was it hard to assemble?” Alvarez replied, “aww thank you gorgeous! not at all! 😍❤️”   Win, win!
