I don’t know about you, but my mom has always been difficult to shop for. After a while, I started asking her to just tell me what she wants for her birthday or Christmas or Mother’s Day, and that has helped a lot. Maybe you prefer to surprise your mom, sister, or best friend with gifts on Mother’s Day, or maybe no matter how many times you ask them what they’d like to receive, they simply refuse to say. Well, I did the heavy lifting for you and asked my colleagues what their loved ones have asked for in the past.

Below, you’ll find our moms’ top-requested gifts, which fall into a range of product categories, from gardening essentials to tech finds to beauty must-haves. If you’re in a pinch to get her the perfect thing, just reference this list and snag something she’ll definitely love before the holiday arrives.

Sunpak Wi-Fi Touchscreen Digital Frame

What mom doesn’t want a frame that displays her favorite photos with her kids? Morgan, Apartment Therapy’s lifestyle shopping writer, says her sister gifted this digital frame to their mom last year, and she loves it. The frame has a 10-inch touchscreen monitor and allows you to connect to it from your phone or other device via WiFi. From there, you can share heartwarming photos and videos with the whole family.

UrbanStems has so many good ones and same-day delivery in eight cities. The Type A Mom arrangement is a lovely medley of roses and carnations. Its blend of soft pinks and whites is a surefire crowd-pleaser.

Yves Saint Laurent Libre Eau de Parfum Gift Set

My mom and I love to go to department stores and smell perfumes together. A couple of years ago we smelled YSL’s Libre fragrance, and it became her new favorite.
