I am notoriously bad at keeping myself hydrated — especially in the midst of a hot, humid New York summer. I like my water very cold, but space is precious in my tiny fridge. I’ve tried a few different water dispensers and/or filters over the years, but they were either too big or too ugly to go from fridge to table, or they made the water taste funny.
